Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy
At Saint Lilas Stock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Items marked as final sale

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at support@saintlilas-stock.ca to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

    • After receiving a return authorization, securely pack the item and include the return authorization form inside the package.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@saintlilas-stock.ca.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@saintlilas-stock.ca and send your item to the address provided above.
